Fifteen years in community leadership and human development. Individual, couples, and family counseling. Grief and trauma support. Crisis intervention. Leadership of large organizations. Public communication to hundreds of people. This is where I developed the psychological depth, the presence under pressure, and the ability to hold the most difficult human conversations. Most coaches never develop this. I spent fifteen years doing nothing else.
Chapter 2 – The Performance Laboratory (10 years)
I took those human development skills into one of the most performance-driven industries in America — financial services. As a financial advisor, mortgage loan officer, and national Sales Development Manager for a national financial services firm, I learned what it takes to build high performance in professional contexts. I coached financial services professionals across the country to grow their production and professional satisfaction. I understand the pressure, the identity, the ambition, and the sacrifice of the high-achieving professional man from the inside — because I lived it and coached it for a decade.
Chapter 3 – The Physical Expertise (20 years)
Running parallel to everything else, for twenty years I have been a certified fitness coach, nutrition coach, and fitness programmer. I have worked with thousands of individuals developing elite-level expertise in physical transformation, body composition, performance programming, and the mindset that drives lasting physical change. And I have done all of this while managing serious physical challenges of my own — building credibility that no amount of certification can manufacture.
